Businesses can schedule/publish posts, manage content, monitor customer interactions, and track performance analytics. The Admin Panel manages businesses, monitors system activity, controls subscriptions/billing, and supports operations for platform stability and compliance.

Problem Statement
The primary challenge was navigating third-party API restrictions, especially with Google Business APIs. While Facebook and Instagram integrations were completed successfully—including content publishing and engagement tracking—Google repeatedly rejected API access due to strict policy requirements and lengthy approval processes. This created uncertainty around timelines and limited initial feature parity across platforms, despite the core product being ready.
Solutions
Instead of forcing partial or unstable integrations, we followed a compliance-first approach. Propelius coordinated directly with Google support, implemented all recommended prerequisites—including maintaining a verified Google account for over 60 days, completing compliance checks, and aligning data usage policies—and prepared the system for re-application. This ensured Stellarr’s architecture was fully ready for Google integration once approvals are granted, without compromising stability or risking account suspension.

He wanted one place where reviews, posts, engagement, and insights could live together—simple, actionable, and reliable. Propelius helped translate this vision into Stellarr, building a unified platform that prioritizes clarity over noise. Even with external API constraints, the foundation laid positions Stellarr as a strong, scalable solution for businesses serious about managing their digital reputation.
